{Malden, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Hawes Drive in Malden around 2:40 A.M. Friday morning, where they found 31 year old Jeffrey Cook lying on his back inside the home as a man and a woman performed CPR. Deputies took over CPR efforts as medics performed various procedures in an attempt to resuscitate Cook, but they were unsuccessful. Jeffrey's brother, 28 year old Jason Alan Cook, was taken to jail after he became became beligerent, threatened paramedics and pushed a deputy. The cause of Jeffrey Cook's death remains under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious.
