Man Waives Preliminary Hearing

{Chesapeake, West Virginia}...Charles March, 60, from Chesapeake, West Virginia, waived his right to appear in Kanawha County Magistrate Court Monday for a preliminary hearing after being arrested in late April for the murder of 62 year old Kathy Goble from Charleston. Goble, who worked with March at Kelley's Mens Shop in Charleston was last seen alive in 2010. Goble's remains were found buried in the yard of March's home on April 25th. Investigators say March confessed to strangling Goble, dismembering her body and burying it. March continues to be held without bond.
