Woman killed in Berkeley County crash

Police in Berkeley County have identified the woman killed in a Sunday night car crash.

Investigators say Elizabeth Putman, 56, of Martinsburg was a passenger in a single-car crash on the Route 9 bypass near Opequon Lane.

State Police Troopers are investigating.
