{Huntington, West Virginia}...Jessica Dawn Harless, 34, of Kenova, has been charged with felony child neglect, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. Police say Harless was under the influence of a controlled substance when she ran her car onto a curb along Eighth Avenue in Huntington with her 2 year old daughter and 10 day old son in the car late Monday afternoon. Police say they found a Loratab and a prescription for 30 Oxycodone tablets, but only 11 were in the bottle, and Harless failed three sobriety tests.
