{Montgomery, West Virginia}...Gracie L. Naylor, 4, of Montgomery Heights, was fatally struck by a vehicle about 9:45 P.M. Monday night near Montgomery along W.Va. 61 in Fayette County. A preliminary investigation indicates Naylor was walking with a teenager along the highway when she broke away and ran into the traffic lane of the roadway. Fayette County Sheriff Steve Kessler says there is no indication that drug nor alcohol abuse was a factor in the collision, and it does not appear the vehicle was being operated in a reckless manner.
