{Harts, West Virginia}...Police have arrested 45 year old Keith Clark and charged him with attempted armed robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Police say Clark tried to rob the Logan Bank and Trust in Harts, in Lincoln County, right before it opened Monday morning. Troopers say they found a duffel bag that Clark had thrown over a bridge with a mask, gun, and camouflage jacket inside.
