{St. Albans, West Virginia}...Michael Parsons, 22, of Cross Lanes, and John Shaver, 27, of Nitro, are facing charges after deputies say they were found passed out in a stolen van at the 7-Eleven on West Main Street in St. Albans about 2:00 A.M. Thursday morning. The van was registered to Tri-State Mortuary of Poca. Neither man had been authorized to operate or be in possession of the van. Both men were charged with joyriding. Parsons was additionally charged with operating a vehicle while revoked for DUI. Shaver was charged with obstructing an officer.
