{Charleston, West Virginia}...Billy Gene Reed, 40, of West Virginia and Anthony Williams, 20, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida were arrested shortly after the 8:30 A.M. Thursday on felony bank robbery charges. Police say they robbed the United Bank inside the Charleston Town Center mall. Most of the money dropped as the suspects fled the scene was picked up and turned over to police. Reed and Williams were arraigned by Magistrate Joe Shelton who set their bonds at at $50,000 each. Reed and Williams will appear in court for their preliminary hearings on June 28th. Both men have been staying at the men's shelter in Charleston.
