Man Indicted For Producing Child Pornography

{Charleston, West Virginia}...A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 79 year old Jack E. Gravenmier of Charleston with two counts of producing home videos of sexually explicit conduct involving three minors. Gravenmier is also being charged for having hundreds of images and videos of child pornography on his personal computer. If found guilty, he faces up to seventy years in prison, a $750,000 fine and lifetime supervised release.
