Man Sentenced For West Virginia Murder

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Twenty-one year old Brandon Flack, a Virginia man who was captured in Charleston in January 2011 for a Bluefield murder, was sentenced Thursday to life in prison with a recommendation of mercy on first degree murder charges. Flack is accused of killing his cousin, 17 year old Matthew Flack. Flack was also sentenced to 40 to 45 years on a charge of first degree robbery and one to five years on a conspiracy charge. Twenty-one year old Jasmen Montgomery, of Virginia, previously plead guilty to first degree murder with mercy in the case, and 44 year old Joseph Flack, Jr. is awaiting trial on several charges, including first degree murder.
