Beckley Correctional Center Inmate Escapes

{Beckley, West Virginia}...The West Virginia Division of Corrections says Beckley Correctional Center inmate 43 year old James Douglas Hall, who also goes by Skib and Skippy, never returned to the center Friday. Troopers say Hall was on a work detail at Heaven Landscaping when he stole a work truck and took off. Hall was serving time for eight counts of breaking and entering in Kanawha County and one count of daytime burglary in Calhoun County. Hall, who is 5’9”, weighing 155 lbs, has several tattoos, including one that says “mom” on his left hand, a barbwire wrap with a moon and clouds on his upper-left arm and a heart with a ribbon through it on his right arm. If you think you know where Hall is, call the Charleston Work Release Center at (304) 558-2763.
