{London, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies responded with medical personnel from the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority to a home in London just before 1:30 A.M. Monday morning after receiving a call from a man who said he'd overdosed on Oxycontin and was having chest pains. When EMS and deputies arrived, the caller denied having overdosed or having chest pains. Instead, he told deputies he just wanted to go to C.A.R.E.S. to eat and sleep. He also gave a false name of Bobo to authorities. Police arrested 53 year old Darrell Brown and charged him with reporting a false emergency, obstructing an officer and public intoxication.
