{Charleston, West Virginia}...Justin Hamrick, a Sissonville man who has been charged with first degree sexual assault after admitting to molesting a nine year old girl, was in court Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Prosecutors say he failed his drug tests, and they asked the judge for a larger bond to be set. Bond has now been set at $10,000 full surety. Hamrick's trial for the sexual assault has been scheduled for September.
