{St. Albans, West Virginia}...Michael Kenney, 41, of St. Albans, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with two felony counts of possession of drugs with the intent to distribute, being a felon in possession of a firearm and driving on a revoked license. St. Albans Police Officer P.A. Bass spotted Kenney driving just before 9:00 P.M. near Claremont Avenue and Spruce Street and initiated a traffic stop because he knew Kenney did not have a valid license. Sgt. M.A. Gilbert found drugs in the car, along with a .380 caliber Hi-Point pistol hidden in the dashboard.
