Man Indicted On Murder

{Huntington, West Virginia}...A Cabell County Grand Jury has indicted 45 year old Edward "Jesse" Dreyfuse on charges of murder, assault and burglary. Police say Dreyfuse severely beat 66 year old Otis Clay, Jr. of Huntington in April. The original charges against Dreyfuse were upgraded after Clay died several weeks after the alleged attack. Investigators say Dreyfuse used a baseball bat to beat Clay in his Washington Avenue home in Huntington, on April 9th, because of a dispute about money. Family members say Clay had several health problems.
