{Winfield, West Virginia}...The trial of 45 year old William Burt Shingleton, a Poca man charged with 20 counts of possessing child pornography, began Monday in Putnam County Circuit Court. Police seized a computer belonging to Shingleton in April 2010. The FBI forensic analysis lab issued a report on August 10, 2011, saying the search found numerous pictures of naked juveniles in provocative poses. Shingleton was indicted in March on 20 counts of possessing material visually portraying a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Shingleton could face up to 40 years in prison if he is found guilty.
