Lincoln County Woman Indicted

{Hamlin, West Virginia}...A federal grand jury handed down a six-count indictment against Morgan Marie Mullins, 26, of West Hamlin, in Lincoln County, Tuesday. Mullins was charged with one count of armed robbery after she allegedly entered the Teays Valley Center in Hurricane, where she worked, dressed as a clown and held two employees at gunpoint and ordered them to give her prescription drugs and the logbook from the cart where the medications were kept. The robbery occurred on May 2nd. Mullins is also accused of robbing the City National Bank in West Hamlin at gunpoint on May 22nd, getting away with about $3,000 cash. Mullins faces a mandatory minimum of 32 years in prison if convicted, with the armed bank robbery charge carrying a 25 year sentence and the possession of a firearm in commission of a violent crime charge carrying a seven year sentence. She also could face a fine of $1.5 million if convicted of all charges.
