{Jefferson, West Virginia}...U.S. Marshals arrested 43 year old James "Skippy" Hall Jr. at a trailer on Maccorkle Avenue in Jefferson about 3:00 P.M. Monday. Hall escaped while on a work detail at the Beckley Correctional Center Friday. Hall is serving time in the center for eight counts of breaking and entering in Kanawha County and one count of daytime burglary in Calhoun County. Monday, June 25, 2012
