Indictment In Milton Flea Market Shooting

{Milton, West Virginia}...Romel Green, Brett Newman and Tiffany Whittenburg have been indicted on attempted murder, first-degree robbery and conspiracy. Police say, during an attempted robbery in March, they shot Edward Perry, a vendor at the Milton Flea Market. Green, Newman and Whittenburg remain in the Western Regional Jail.
