Kanawha County Man Fatally Struck By Semi

{Institute, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say Charles White, Jr., 58, of Institute, was walking in front of the Go-Mart along Route 25 in Institute at 7:45 A.M. Thursday morning when he suddenly walked into the path of an oncoming semi tractor. White was pronounced dead at Thomas Memorial Hospital. Deputies say the driver of the semi had no time to stop before stricking White.
