Woman Charged With Accessory To Murder
{Summersville, West Virginia}...State Police in Nicholas County have arrested 48 year old Wanda Einstein and charged her with one count of accessory after the fact of murder. Troopers say Einstein drove James Belknap from Spruce Grove Road to his home on White Buck Knob Road in Levisay even though she admitted she knew he was wanted for murder. Belknap is in jail on four counts of murder. Police say he fatally shot Steven Hendrix, his girlfriend Amber Martin, and his two children, 6 year old Dakota and 4 year old Kaylee, and then dumped their bodies on his property. State Police also arrested Mark Haynes and charged him with accessory to murder after the fact. Police say, when Belknap was arrested, he was a passenger in a pickup truck driven by Haynes. Einstein is being held on a $300,000 bond.
