{Hurricane, West Virginia}...Wednesday, Hurricane City Council member 31 year old Scott Cunningham was arrested and charged with soliciting a minor. Police say Cunningham participated in text message exchanges with a teenager earlier this year. In one of those exchanges, Cunningham allegedly asked the girl, 13, for a naked picture. Cunningham, who has been part of Hurricane's City Council since 2011, resigned after his arrest.
