{Charleston, West Virginia}...Justin Hamrick appeared in Judge Duke Bloom's courtroom for a mental evaluation hearing Thursday after being accused of sexually assaulting a 9 year old girl. Clendenin Police say Hamrick sexually assaulted the child at Pine Valley Trailer Park in Sissonville last year. A licensed psychologist testified he believed Hamrick was incompetent to stand trial. The competency hearing took a different turn when it was revealed that Hamrick had filed a complaint about his former defense attorney. Judge Bloom has continued the hearing until next week.
