Robbery At Logan Walmart

{Logan, West Virginia}...Joshua Adams, 32, of Logan, will be charged with shoplifting, obstruction, assaulting an officer, fleeing and possession of a controlled substance. Police responded to the Walmart in Logan Sunday afternoon after receiving a shoplifting complaint from the store. Police say Adams got on a motorcycle and tried to run over an officer before heading south on US 119, ending up near Holden. The sheriff's office and State Police were trying to box him in when he struck a State Police cruiser then proceeded down an alleyway where he struck a sheriff's cruiser and was ejected from the bike. Adams was taken to Logan Regional Medical Center and then to CAMC. Adams is accused of shoplifting two laptop computers worth $734.
