Man Arraigned On Involuntary Manslaughter

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kenneth Slater of Charleston appeared in  Kanawha County Court Tuesday, where he was arraigned on a involuntary manslaughter charge. Prosecutors say Slater punched 51 year old Robert Adkins, a former Alcohol Beverage Control Administrator, outside Mojo's Sports Bar in South Charleston on St. Patrick's Day 2012, and Adkins died within two weeks. Slater is out of jail on a $10,000 property bond and is on  home confinement while awaiting his November 9th trial.
