Friday, Lynsey Taylor pleaded not guilty to charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Police say, in January, Taylor hit Dennis James while he was walking along route 119 in Elkview. James died from his injuries. Taylor's trial has been set for November 26th.
