{Huntington, West Virginia}...Richard Willis, 36, of Columbus, has waived extradition back to Ohio after being arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant at a residence in Northcott Court in Huntington Friday. Columbus Police say he shot and killed Desmond Allison in July 2011. Allison played for the UK Wildcats from 1998 to 2000. Willis had been living in Huntington for some time under the name of Raheem Willoughby.
