Nine Charged In Theft Ring

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies arrested nine people alleged to be involved in a theft ring after the recovery of three stolen ATVs and a motor scooter believed stolen in the Sissonville and Elk areas. Investigators allege those charged stole the items and then sold them, and the money may have been used to purchase drugs.
Deputies say more charges are pending as the investigation continues.

Those charged include:
Roger Lee Burdette, 24, and Tiffany Dawn Shaffer, 23, both of Sissonville, operating a clandestine lab.
Kevin Allen Hudson, 28 of Sissonville, transferring and receiving stolen property.
Steven R. Burdette, 37 of Charleston, two counts of transferring and receiving stolen property.
Brandi Rose, 27, and Paula Brown, 27, both of Charleston, grand larceny and accessory before the fact.
Joshua Snyder, 22 of Charleston, grand larceny and transferring and receiving stolen property.
Helen Skeens, 53, and Wayne Thaxton, 59, both of Charleston, simple possession of a controlled substance.
