Ohio Fugitive Arrested

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Friday, Huntington Police arrested 36 year old Richard Willis of Columbus, Ohio on fugitive from justice charges. Columbus Police wanted Willis in connection with the murder of former University of Kentucky basketball player Desmond Allison who was shot and killed in Columbus last summer. Allison and Malcolm Goff were shot multiple times outside an apartment complex in Columbus on July 26, 2011. Authorities say the shooting was the result of an argument the two got into with several other people. Allison played for Kentucky for three seasons, 1998-2000, and averaged nearly double figures in points and five rebounds a game. Willis was arrested around noon after police and a SWAT team went to a residence on Northcott Court and used a bullhorn to talk Willis out of the apartment. He was arrested without incident. Police say Willis had been living in Huntington for some time under the name of Raheem Willoughby.
