Teen Charged In Shooting Death

{Sutton, West Virginia}...Eighteen year old Billy Joe McCraw has been arrested and charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm, a felony that carries a possible sentence of one to three years in prison, after he fatally shot his uncle, 33 year old Donald Morrison, in a trailer in the Sutton community of Braxton County about 11:30 P.M. Tuesday night. McCraw told police the shooting was an accident. McCraw says he was sitting beside his uncle and handed him a 9mm pistol. McCraw claims the gun accidentally discharged, striking Morrison in the upper chest on his right side, killing him instantly. The trailer is located just about 100 yards from Braxton County High School.
