{Lookout, West Virginia}...Fayette County Deputies went to a residence along U.S. 60 in Lookout around 9:17 P.M. Sunday night following a report of an altercation. Deputies arrived and found 37 year old James Woodrow Settle III of Ansted bleeding heavily from a head injury and "stumbling around" in the roadway. Settle had allegedly sent threatening text messages to a person and showed up at that person's house to start a fight, but the person allegedly struck Settle several times in the head and torso with a steel bar when Settle advanced in a threatening manner. Settle is listed in stable condition at CAMC General Hospital.Monday, September 24, 2012
