Former Pocahontas County Deputy On Home Confinement

Former Pocahontas County Sheriff's Deputy 40 year old Bradley Totten was released from jail and placed on home confinement Tuesday. Greenbrier County Circuit Judge Jim Rowe sent Totten to jail last Friday after he was arraigned on 21 additional criminal counts that he allegedly sexually assaulted and abused teenage girls and women whom he had taken into custody. Totten was first indicted in April on a dozen criminal counts.  The crimes allegedly took place in 1992-1994, 2005 and 2009. Totten is scheduled to be in court again next month.
