Woman Denied Home Confinement

{Huntington, West Virginia}...In January 2012, Cierra Jordan, 21, of Huntington, was indicted on a charge of child neglect causing death in connection to the January 2011 death of her 10-month-old son. Jordan was in court Tuesday asking for home confinement while she awaits her trial. Judge Paul Farrell denied the request, saying Jordan used drugs and lied about it. The medical examiners report concluded the child died from starvation and dehydration.
