{Huntington, West Virginia}...Michael Merrifield, the man accused of sexually abusing and murdering 2 year old Logan Goodall, filed an appeal, which consists of several hundred pages, Friday morning in Putnam Circuit Court. He wrote the appeal himself. In his appeal, he cites corrupted evidence and claims he did not have proper counsel.
