{Rock Creek, West Virginia}...Police are investigating a shooting which occurred at Hillbilly Tavern on Coal River Road in the Rock Creek community of Raleigh County at 2:00 A.M. Sunday morning. Forty-six year old Donald Blaine Moore of Naoma was taken into custody and charged with murder after turning himself in to deputies. Deputies say Moore shot the man outside the bar after an altercation broke out between the two inside. Moore was charged with murder and is being held without bond at Southern Regional Jail.
