{Elkview, West Virginia}...Matthew Cavalier, 18, of Quick, a 16 year old male and a 12 year old male are facing charges after an alleged sexual abuse incident on a Kanawha County school bus. They are each charged with sexual abuse in the first degree. Cavalier is being held in the South Central Regional Jail. The two juveniles are both being held in the Tiger Morton Juvenile Detention Center. Police say Cavalier and the 16 year old forcible fondled various private areas of a 13 year old girl, and the 12 year old boy exposed himself to another 12 year old boy and tried to force him to perform sexual acts. The Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies were called to Elkview Middle and Herbert Hoover High School to investigate the alleged incidents which happened on August 28th and August 29th.
