{Lewisburg, West Virginia}...Former Pocahontas County Sheriff's Deputy 40 year old Bradley Totten of Hillsboro has been ordered to remain in jail until his trial after being arraigned on a 21-count indictment including third-degree sexual assault, sexual abuse, first-degree attempted sexual abuse, second-degree sexual assault and sexual intercourse with an incarcerated person by a sheriff's deputy. Totten was indicted in April after three women claimed Totten abused and assaulted them while they were in police custody in 1992-1994, 2005 and 2009. Totten was taken to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail following Friday’s hearing. Another hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 11th, in Lewisburg.
