Man Pleads Guilty To Heroin Charge

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Gerald L. Height, also known as “Tim Lewis,” 37, of Detroit, pleaded guilty Monday to possession with intent to distribute heroin. On March 12th, law enforcement agents with the Huntington Violent Crime and Drug Task Force observed Height enter a vehicle at the Greyhound bus station in Huntington. Officers conducted a traffic stop and found 62 bags of heroin, weighing 35.5 grams, in Height’s suitcase. Height admitted to possessing the heroin for distribution. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced December 10th.
