Accused Murderer Held Without Bond

{Charleston, West Virginia}...The suspect in a homicide that took place Monday in Kanawha County is being held without bond after being arraigned on murder charges. Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say John Edward Hudson was arrested Monday night for the shooting death of 39 year old Michelle Lynn Gillispie. Deputies say Hudson had been staying with Gillispie and her boyfriend, Mark Southern, at a home in Winifriede the last few days. Southern returned from work and found Gillispie was dead from a gunshot wound to the head, and Hudson and Gillispie's car were gone. Police contacted Hudson, and he agreed to turn himself in. Hudson's preliminary hearing will be February 7th.
