Teen Fatally Struck By Train

{Hurricane, West Virginia}...A Hurricane High School student was struck and killed by a train Tuesday afternoon in Putnam County. Police say Jacob Ball, 16, was walking along the tracks near Teays Valley Road around 3:50 P.M. when he was struck.
