Heating Assistance

{Charleston, West Virginia}...The Department of Health and Human Resources will be taking applications for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program from January 17-27th. To get help, you have to prove your income, household size and whether you pay a heating bill. You can apply at any DHHR office, community action agencies or senior centers operated by any area agency on aging. You can also apply on-line at www.WVinroads.org.
