Poca High School Teacher Suspended

{Poca, West Virginia}...The Putnam County Board of Education  has suspended Poca High School teacher Jack Dailey for 10 days without pay on a charge of insubordination. He was also suspended for 10 days last September on insubordination charges after an incident police described as a hoax, where Dailey was out with some students and put one of them in the trunk of his car.
