{Logan, West Virginia}...Deputies in Logan County arrested 36 year old Shawn Lee Belcher Monday morning and charged him with shooting his neighbor, 75 year old Dewey Rose. Deputies say Belcher then physically assaulted Rose's wife, Gaynelle. Dewey Rose and his wife Gaynell of Lieber Lane in Claypool, near Man, were both taken to Logan Regional Medical Center. Deputies say Rose is the grandfather of a 19 year old woman Belcher was obsessed with. Belcher is charged with attempted murder and daytime burglary.
