{Morrisvale, West Virginia}...A second arrest has been made in a hostage situation that started Monday night at a home in Morrisvale in Boone County. Barry Clark was arrested after deputies say he forced friends of his estranged wife, 26 year old Chandra Clark, into a bathroom and then beat and sexually assaulted her several times before burning her home and fleeing. Deputies say two neighbors found Chandra Clark and started beating her even more. Thirty-nine year old Melissa Breedlove has been charged with accessory before and after the fact, felony kidnapping and assault. Breedlove says she and Chandra Clark have been at odds for some time over an alleged incident concerning Breedlove's teenage son. Breedlove says Clark came at her, and the two exchanged blows.
