Another Arrest In Boone County Kidnapping/Arson

• {Morrisvale, West Virginia}...A third person has been arrested in connection with a kidnapping and arson case in Boone County. Saturday, deputies arrested Darrell McNeely of Julian and charged him with being an accessory to kidnapping. Investigators believe McNeely was involved when Barry Clark allegedly held five people hostage and raped his estranged wife, Chandra Clark, last Tuesday, then forced them to set the house on fire. Clark was charged with arson, rape and kidnapping and is being held on a $200,000 bond. Melissa Breedlove, 39, who allegedly helped plan the attack, was arrested last week.
