Huntington Man Pleads Guilty

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Timothy Nathan Todd, 41 of Huntington pleaded guilty in federal court to selling government property, admitting he sold a law enforcement badge that was stolen from a vehicle of an ATF agent in Huntington to an informant on October 28, 2011. Todd faces up to one year in prison and a $100,000 fine when sentenced on April 16, 2012.
