- {Williamson, West Virginia}...A Mingo County Grand Jury has indicted 46 year old John Hayes on one count of first degree murder in the May 31st death of Robert Workman, his wife's uncle, whose body was found in early June about 150 to 200 yards from his home in the Beech Creek area. Hayes was arrested in Sweetwater, Tennessee after turning himself in to authorities. Trial is set for March 20th.
