{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Prosecutor Mark Plants says the grand jury indicted 121 people Tuesday, including three separate cases of child pornography. Plants says George Anderson, 37, of St. Albans, Jeffrey Wayne Lamb, 54, of Dunbar, and 42 year old Robert Lutsy of Chesapeake face multiple charges. Among those indicted were 17 year old James Daughtery of Charleston on two counts of first-degree murder. Police say Daughtery fatally shot Bruce Dulling and Carrie Pontier while they sat in a car in Kanawha City in February 2010. Daughtery was transferred to adult status last year. Arraignment is set for February 6th. The grand jury also indicted 35 year old Donald Raines III on voluntary manslaughter for the November 2011 shooting death of 35 year old Jerry Baldwin who was fatally shot outside Raines' home in Charleston.
