Man Convicted On Drug Charge

• {Charleston, West Virginia}...Randall Justin McGee was found guilty Tuesday of possession with intent to distribute quantities of Oxycodone and Oxymorphone. Trial evidence revealed that, on July 26, 2011, law enforcement officers searched McGee's vehicle during a traffic stop and seized a bag which contained 151 Oxymorphone pills and 246 Oxycodone pills. McGee faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced April 30th.
