Tomblin Appoints Mingo County Assistant Prosecutor To House

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Mingo County assistant prosecutor, 27 year old Justin Marcum, was appointed by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin Monday to the vacancy left by fellow Democrat Steve Kominar, making Marcum the newest member of the House of Delegates to represent the 20th Delegate District. Marcum is a graduate of Marshall University and the Appalachian School of Law. He has been practicing in West Virginia since October. Kominar stepped down to become executive director of the Mingo County Redevelopment Authority.
